At Hair By Adonis, luxury is not just what we provide — it’s how we serve. Every strand is prepared with care, packaged with elegance, and delivered with the promise of quality.

Shipping & Processing

• All orders require 2–3 business days for processing before shipping.

• Shipping options:

• Regular Shipping: 4–8 business days

• Economy Shipping: 7–10 business days

• A tracking number will be provided once your order ships.

• Billing and shipping addresses must match; orders with mismatched information will not be processed and will be refunded. (SHIPPING NOT AVAILABLE TO P.O. BOX ADDRESS) 

• To protect your luxury investment, we highly recommend adding shipping insurance — consider it a crown of protection for your crown, ensuring your hair arrives flawlessly.

• Hair By Adonis is not responsible for carrier delays, weather conditions, or incorrect shipping information provided by the client.

Returns & Exchanges

• Customers have a 7-day grace period from the delivery date to request a return or exchange.

• Items must remain in their original, untouched condition — lace uncut, curl patterns preserved, hair free of dye, chemicals, or alterations.

• Items showing signs of wear, tampering, or styling will not qualify and will be returned to the client.

Refunds

• Refunds are only issued upon approval after inspection by our quality team.

• Approved refunds will be processed to the original form of payment.

• Shipping fees are non-refundable, and clients are responsible for all return shipping costs.

Final Sale Items

• Custom-colored or special-order items

• Sale or promotional items

• Hair that has been worn, installed, or altered
